Canadian Critical Minerals Completes Shares for Debt Transaction

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. – March 7, 2023) – Canadian Critical Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CCMI) (OTCQB:RIINF) ("Canadian Critical Minerals" or the "Company") announces that further to its press release dated February 24, 2023, it has completed its shares for debt transaction whereby an aggregate of $115,500 of the Company’s outstanding debt was extinguished by way of the issuance of 1,650,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the “Shares“) at a deemed price of $0.07 per Share. The Shares issued pursuant to the shares for debt transaction are subject to a four month plus one day hold period expiring on July 8, 2023.
